for creating the vision of the Web,
and to all the

CERN
and
NCSA
and elsewhere who implemented, ported, created and improved it.
(Certain other
companies
and
individuals
have contributed
admittedly cool stuff to the Web, but are
somewhat over-appreciated and over-publicized by comparison. ;-)
